A wonderful daytime tea choice for times when we feel run down or spread thin, like back to school, the holidays, etc: strawberry flavored assam black tea (contains caffeine), nettle leaf, oat straw, elderberries, hawthorn berries

Each bag contains about 30 (1 tsp) servings of loose leaf tea. The new and improved packaging is filled with more product (now measured and sold by weight), has no window to let light in (which degrades herbs quickly) and is nontoxic!
