Processing and Shipping
- Order Processing: Orders are processed ASAP. Typically within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Shipping Rates: Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. Occasionally we have promotions where shipping is free on orders over $100, except for when shipping complete Pelvic Steam kits.
- Shipping Methods: We drop packages off at the post office twice a week, typically on Monday mornings and Thursday mornings. We are an extremely small business, and we make every effort to ship as quickly as humanly possible. Just know that sometimes this whole operation is a one-woman show and that woman is doing her very best for you every day. We can't always compete with the larger online retailers and we appreciate your understanding and support.
- Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Damages and Lost Packages
- Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged product, please email us with photos of the damage within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Lost Packages: We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.
